Introduction to Sound devices: notes, powerpt. on rhyme scheme (alternating rhyme, couplet), within lines of poem for assonance, consonance, alliteration & onomatopoeia, repetition and refrain (if absent, imperative you schedule time for powerpt. & any questions/concerns you might have)
Homework – look for, identify and begin to interpret the sound devices in your poem for that part of your research paper
Don’t forget – wed. we start dramatic readings of your memorized poems – yeah!
