· homework – read chpt. 3 with poems 24, 27 & 30

· read & discussed “The Eagle” (pg. 627) & “Dreams” (pg. 631) for meaning & figurative devices
· as a class, completed figurative language practice worksheet with discussion (get from red tray & complete)
· finished remainder of in class worksheet on figurative language that was started on Wed. (schedule time asap)
· homework – complete “Sound Devices” worksheet for Fri.
