April 14, 2011 Pds 1, 3 & 6: Discussion of Chpt. 13 & poems 153-157, exercise 1 Stark’s notes on Perrine distributed; add as entry on Poetry Unit Record Sheet; review over break with poetry materials (in tray, if absent) Reminder – all things Heart of Darkness due on Monday, 4/25; section 2 due this Fri.; take portfolio home & review 30min to 1hr. per day over break(survey the materials to survey for the lit. exam); hrs. log – due 4/25; evals. –due 4/29 Pds. 4 & 5: Practice Test for tomorrow’s qtr. 3 benchmark (in class only; please schedule asap); simulates standards for SAT unit too
