Pds. 2, 4 & 6:
Revisited rubric
Highlighted, underlined or asterisked in 3 dif. colors the pro, con & historical context facts on the sheets
Created a bold, declarative thesis citing your stance (keep 3rd person; don’t cite pts. in it)
Scan pro facts & arrive at a minimum of 2 pts. for body paragraphs that evidence can be used for
Scan con facts & create 1 counter argument minimum that you can refute
Use historical fact(s) for essential info in intro. paragraph
Discussed outline (minimum of 5 roman numerals for our research paper)
Outline due tomorrow (use the handouts; typed or handwritten)
Finished research paper, based on rubric, due Monday, 6/4. If absent must be time stamped by 2:45 on Monday & delivered to mailbox
Developing parenthetical citations will be addressed with hdouts tomorrow
