March 28, 2013 lesson plans
Pds. 1 & 6:
Qtr. 2 growth benchmark given (if absent, see me asap to schedule)
All things sonnet (distributed 1 hdout to read for tomorrow & identify the 4 types of sonnets on the back; distributed 1 packet with 3 sonnet types – complete for tomorrow)
Spring break assignment given for Heart of Darkness – historical & bio. (preread) then complete character (quotes & paraphrases) with timeline on back & complete crit. rdg. packet (I will be available for answers to any questions over break – email or call me; don’t skip any items please)
You will submit the packets & annotated text on return that Monday (no one sheet or lit. glossary)
NOTE – May 3rd is deadline date for all phases to be submitted for senior project – no exceptions
Pds. 3, 4 & 5:
Moved chpt. 5 vocab. & rdg. quizzes tomorrow
Groups developed character, setting & symbol review charts for chpt. 1 – 5 today (if absent, see me for details)
